Community Arts aims to provide the highest professional standards of service to our customers.  Our Service Standards are part of our commitment to excellent service.

We will:

  2. Provide venue hire charges which are value for money
  3. Provide a pricing structure which is clear and easy to understand
  4. Provide high quality arts programme at Linlithgow Burgh Halls
  5. Provide high quality catering facilities at Linlithgow Burgh Halls which are value for money
  6. Provide a wide range of food and beverage options
  7. Provide access to our service through a variety of methods including traditional and online access
